DUSHANBE, 08.11.2017. /NIAT “Khovar”/. The newspaper “Payomi Istaravshan” (“Istaravshan Newsletter”) published an open letter of a group of residents of Istaravshan city to the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran Hujjatullah Faghoni in the №40 (9250) of 20 October 2017. Ilhom Yuldoshev, one of the letter authors disclosed in the beginning of the letter the main reasons for its writing.
DUSHANBE, 08.11.2017. As previously was reported, the responsibility for the recent terrorist attack in New York was assumed by ISIL (banned in Tajikistan). This again demonstrates the serious threat posed by this terrorist organization to the whole world, including to Tajikistan, which is part of the world community. Especially at a time when the teaching, activities, and aims of ISIL and the extremist-terrorist organization of the Islamic Renaissance Party of Tajikistan (banned in Tajikistan) coincides. On November 8, 2017 the Embassy organised the meeting dedicated to the opening ceremony of the Art Exhibition of various artistic works by one of the miniature Tajik painter Olim Kamalov where Mr. Kamalov personally took part as a special guest and made a speech.
On November 6, 2017 there was held a ceremony dedicated to acquirement of the six traditional miniature paintings by the honoured artist of Tajikistan Mr.Olim Kamalov by the British Museum.
